At Last Hope Animal Rescue, we know that surrendering a pet is never easy. Often, families face unexpected circumstances such as housing changes, medical challenges, financial hardships, or behavioral concerns that make keeping a beloved pet difficult.

As a 100% foster-based rescue organization, our ability to accept animals depends on available foster homes, veterinary resources, and the individual needs of each animal. While we cannot guarantee intake, we are committed to reviewing every surrender request carefully and responding as quickly as possible.

Before submitting a surrender request, we encourage pet owners to explore all available options, including training support, behavioral resources, temporary assistance programs, or rehoming through family and friends.

Before You Submit

Please note:

• Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into Last Hope Animal Rescue.
• We prioritize animals who are at immediate risk or have no other safe options.
• We may request additional information, veterinary records, photos, or videos.
• Processing times vary based on our current foster capacity.
• Last Hope has a $50 surrender fee required at the time of surrender.
• All information provided must be accurate and complete.
