Betty’s Happily Ever After: A Rescue Dog Thriving at Home

Five years ago, Betty found her forever home through Last Hope Animal Rescue. Today, she’s thriving in South St. Paul with a family who adores her.

Life got even better when Betty’s family moved into a home with a large fenced backyard, giving her plenty of room to chase balls and keep an eye on neighborhood rabbits and squirrels. She’s also known for her impressive intelligence and communication skills. Using a collection of voice buttons, Betty regularly lets her family know when she wants a treat, a walk, playtime, or simply to say “love you.”

While she’s still not a fan of water and prefers to avoid car rides whenever possible, Betty’s confidence continues to grow year after year.
