Turtle’s Journey from Survival to Hope

Turtle’s life began with unimaginable challenges.

At only eight weeks old, he was found abandoned on a highway, frightened, sick, and struggling to breathe. What initially appeared to be a routine infection became something much more severe, damaging both his eyes and nasal passages.

Despite extensive veterinary care, Turtle lost one eye and developed chronic rhinitis, a lifelong condition caused by the infection. But through every setback, Turtle showed remarkable resilience.

With support from Last Hope Animal Rescue and dedicated veterinary professionals, Turtle received the care he needed and the chance to heal.

Today, Turtle has found a loving family who understands his unique needs and embraces him for exactly who he is.

His story is a powerful reminder that even the most vulnerable animals deserve a second chance.
