Memorial Giving
Honor a loved one or beloved pet with a memorial gift to Last Hope. Mail your check to Last Hope, Inc., P.O. Box 114, Farmington, MN 55024 with a note indicating who the gift is in memory of. Memorial donations are acknowledged in our newsletter.
